This is new! I mean brand new. Spring Haven Mansion has just created some Nashville elopement style weddings for Nashville couples wanting to have their wedding at a premier Nashville historic wedding venue  – and not break the bank.

The basic package is $1000 and that includes three hours at the mansion. And hold on – this package also includes a professional wedding photographer. At this price, these are Monday through Thursday weddings during the day up until 6 pm. There are a couple of other nicely priced wedding packages if you want a cake reception or even full reception.

You don’t have to drive far out of Nashville to the north side to find Historic Rock Castle situated on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville. This historical site has long been used for weddings, but since Miranda Lambert did her video White Liar there, it has gotten additional publicity and some who never knew it existed before, found a nice wedding location.

A wedding in front of the home of the pioneer General Daniel Smith is quite nice, though some couples like the idea of setting up the ceremony site to one side of the house to give a better view of the lake. The Baber House is a beautiful wedding location or special social event venue located just north of Nashville near Hendersonville, TN in the new village-concept community called Kennesaw Farms.
