Rock Castle Historic Home in Hendersonville Beautiful Nashville Area Wedding Site
You don’t have to drive far out of Nashville to the north side to find Historic Rock Castle situated on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville. This historical site has long been used for weddings, but since Miranda Lambert did her video White Liar there, it has gotten additional publicity and some who never knew it existed before, found a nice wedding location.
A wedding in front of the home of the pioneer General Daniel Smith is quite nice, though some couples like the idea of setting up the ceremony site to one side of the house to give a better view of the lake. The Baber House: Elegant, Historical, and Recommended for Your Nashville Wedding
The Baber House is a beautiful wedding location or special social event venue located just north of Nashville near Hendersonville, TN in the new village-concept community called Kennesaw Farms. This two-story brick mansion, built in 1856 by Washington Baber, and completely renovated to historical accuracy in 2005 is the perfect place for the gracious southern bride and groom to perform their wedding vows.
