The Little Country Church Wedding
It’s hard to beat the little country church for a wedding. The one pictured below is the United Methodist Church in Thompson Station, TN. One nice touch is at the end of the ceremony, as the couple exits, a man pulls a long rope ringing the church bell.
I always enjoy seeing these “don’t take sides” signs. It has become common, except for parents and grandparents, not to have a bride’s side and a groom’s side.
And I always look for the groom’s cake. They are creative. Can’t remember seeing a turtle groom’s cake before:
